Black Friday & Cyber Monday extended support
As part of your standard support service, we will be providing extra out of hours website support (urgent cases only) over the peak Black Friday and Cyber Monday period. This additional website support will cover nights and weekends between Thursday 28th November and Tuesday 3rd December.
When is extra out of hours website support available?

Let us know your Black Friday & Cyber Monday promotional plans
Many retailers have plans to run promotions, discounts and special offers on the run up to and over the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period.
Often these promotions involve sending out email marketing or social media campaigns that may well trigger larger volumes of traffic to your website in a short space of time.

When will I be upgraded?
We will begin rolling out Connect Version 6 on a phased schedule.
Look out for an email from the Helpdesk team that will let you know the upgrade has been issued to your Connect licences.
You’ll then notice a maintenance message appear when you next close down your Connect licences and the upgrade will automatically apply.
Priority upgrade requests
If you wish to have your licences upgraded earlier on in the phased schedule then please contact the Helpdesk to request a priority upgrade and we’ll do our best to upgrade you as soon as possible.

Compound Articles feature
Sell groups of individual articles as a set and manage the stock at article level.
If you wish to provide your customers with the option to buy items as sets, packages or combos, as well as being able to buy them individually, then our Compound Articles feature helps you manage the sale and the stock more efficiently.
