In this helpsheet we will go through how to start the day by declaring what you have in the Till.
Click on the button labelled No Sale on the till.
Click on the button labelled Start of Session.
Cash Drawer will now open if one is attached.
Click on tab labelled “Till Declaration”.
Count the number of coins (not the value) within each denomination and enter them in the appropriate field. Use the down arrow key to move between each denomination. If there are no coins for that denomination enter a zero.
Once you have entered a value for each denomination click on the button labelled “Declare Float”.
A “Confirm Declaration” message box will appear to confirm the value of the float you have entered. Click on “Yes” or “No” as appropriate.
The till screen will appear and you can now start selling!
