This document shows the collection of symbols you will see at the till on web and sales order transactions.
Sales Order Till & Web Transactions
A zero value transaction showing no symbol means articles have been added to the transaction but it was not completed (paid for).
The store should void these transactions once over a certain age i.e. if more than 2 hours old you can assume the transaction is not going ahead.
* No Flag Symbol
Completed transaction where stock is allocated.
Completed transaction that has been picked.
Completed transaction that has been packed.
Completed Transaction that has been despatched.
Transaction has been void.
Transaction has been returned.
Part payment or deposit paid against the transaction.

Web Transactions Only
A zero value transaction showing an orange tick means your customer has reached the payment page, but didn’t click the ‘Make Payment’ button and no request has been sent to the payment gateway.
In this case, the store may like to telephone the customer to attempt to close the sale.
A zero value transaction showing a green cross means that your customer has reached the payment page, entered in their card details and clicked on the ‘Make Payment’ button. The payment request is sent to the payment gateway however the gateway returned an invalid response.
In this case, the store may like to telephone the customer to complete the transaction.
A transaction that shows a monetary value with an orange tick means that the transaction has completed and requires picking.
