• TOOLS>CONFIGURE>EBAY INTEGRATION

(Explain the meaning of each ‘white’ box on each tab)
• MASS CHANGER. CHANGE BULK LISTINGS AND SAVE TEMPLATE

• FULL TEXT EDITOR AND IMAGE
(Show how to add text to a listing & advise on image sizing that eBay require)

(Show how to use the Online/Offline for uploading your products)
• TAGS. EBAY CUSTOM CATEGORIES, LISTING TEMPLATES, POSTAGE DISCOUNT RULES.

Training Prerequisites/Rules:
• The eBay shop must be setup & working before training can be carried out.
• Only one image can be uploaded to eBay from Connect, due to eBay hosting restrictions.
• Additional images have to be manually added once listing has been successful.
EBAY 2 TRAINING – ADVANCED
• ENSURE EBAY ACCOUNT IS CORRECTLY SETUP
(Review and make necessary changes)
• POPULATE THE FIRST 25 PRODUCTS

• SHOW HOW TO COMPLETE ALL ESSENTIAL BOXES TO SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETE A LISTING
(Usage of the mass changer – please ask for pricing)
• FIX FEED ERRORS
(Correct feed errors and resubmit products)
• SET UP EBAY CUSTOM CATEGORIES
(Explain why these may be needed)
Training Prerequisites/Rules:
• 25 products need to be available for the IR Trainer to submit for you e.g. ready to add to the eBay sales channel Tab within the Connect multi channel centre.
