Loyalty Points in Store
Loyalty cards require a reference that associates the card to the record held in the customer database in Connect.
Store the loyalty card barcode in the biometric field or in the account reference in the customer record.
When a customer makes a purchase in store, click ‘CLU’ and scan the loyalty card. This will find the correct customer, and loyalty points can be added through the sale.

Loyalty Points on the Web
When a customer sets up a loyalty scheme in the shop, they need to set up an account and they must give their email address.
Enter the customer email address in the Website Access area and in the field named ‘Email Address’. The ‘password’ field is left blank.
When the customer goes to the website, they need to type in their email address and say ‘Forgotten your password?’, a new password will then be sent to them.
