A: We are both.
– We are a Data Controller for our staff and our customers data
– We are a Data Processor for information that is entered into the Connect System

Q: When our website was set up, Intelligent Retail provided us with the privacy policy we have used. Is this something you will update for us or do we need to update this ourselves?
A: As GDPR requires privacy information to be specific to how you as the Data Controller processes the Information you will need to update your privacy statement to be specific on how your business will process personal data. Q: How to I manage consent from my existing customers via email?
A: This would depend on the situation you wished to use the personal information for as well as the functionality provided by your email marketing system, as this will be specific to each business we would be unable to advise on this.
Q: How can I make sure I can manage my customer’s consent?
