Hospitality Mode – Hot Keys

This guide will show you how to add a Hot Key to Cafe Connect. This is used when the configuration setting for Hospitality mode has been enabled. 

From the Till front you will need to right click when in Hospitality mode and select ‘Add’.

Now from your Active Stock window, select the Hot Key you wish to use.

Once selected, you will need to press ‘Add’.

You will now see the icon on the Till front.

In the example above, ‘Misc’ is the Hot Key. When clicked on, you are presented to enter a price.

Once the price is entered click ‘OK’. The Hot Key will now show in the transaction at the price entered.
