This service helps you quickly import data from your old system into your new Connect Multichannel Retail System. By providing training on your specific data, it takes much of the hassle out of migrating to a new system with help from the experts at Intelligent Retail.

Pre-requisites
● Customer is confident in using Excel or Open Office Calc.
● Customer can provide 15 exported lines from an existing Epos system in a spreadsheet or 15 product lines of information within a spreadsheet template supplied by Intelligent Retail.

Getting started service:step by step
Intelligent Retail (IR) will provide a 45 minute service comprising of the following:
1. IR will supply a Template Spreadsheet and a Helpsheet for importing.
2. Customer will fill in the Template Spreadsheet with 15 lines of data from their system.
3. IR will import the customer’s Template Spreadsheet into Connect.
4. IR will take a screen shot of the result and email it to the customer.
5. IR will deliver a pre-booked 15 minute telephone conversation/remote session to explain how the data was modified to create the template spreadsheet and how to import this data successfully.
Important note: This service is fixed at 45 minutes. If you have additional questions or require further help we are happy to provide the additional training during an additional course. These are charged at £74 for 45 minutes.
