WEB-1269 – Added support to allow multiple regions to offer free delivery. It is now possible to do the following;
- Set a threshold for any carriage region in the content editor that when the basket total exceeds this value the delivery charge is free
- Set a threshold for any carriage region in the content editor that when the basket total exceeds this value the delivery charge is reduced by a set amount
