WEB-949 “Quick View” –
It is now possible to enable a ‘quick view’.
The purpose of quick view is to decrease the time it takes customers to add items to their basket. By adding a “quick view” feature it removes many obstacles and clicks making shopping easier and more efficient for customers.
“Quick view” is also sometimes known as “quick look or quick buy” or similar. It enables visitors to view product details without a page refresh. The product details are launched in a pop-up window, which opens on the page the visitor is on and typically displays a truncated set of product details and supports add to basket functionality.
The quick view feature can also work alongside our hover function so that when a customer hovers over the default product image, the quick view button AND an alternative image is displayed.

WEB-1607 – Fix for performance issues when running query’s based on tags.
