Build 11668 (Latest) and recent updates
We’re always working to make Connect faster, more reliable and easier to use. Here is a summary of what’s new in our latest release, along with a roundup of improvements from recent updates
What’s New – Build 11668 (Latest)
- You can now list products on eBay even when no barcode is available. (CON-4576)
- Gift cards are now automatically declared in your till readings. (CON-4500)
- You can now choose to show discounts on Quotation and Customer Order documents (ask us if you’d like this switched on by default). (CON-1056)
- Fixed a missing order/P number on invoices for web orders. (CON-4612)
- Fixed the ‘Load more’ button when browsing older till sessions. (CON-4527)
- Performance improvements to the slow-moving stock filter. (CON-4646)
- The Bank Reconciliation Report now includes Global Payment transactions. (CON-4652)
- ‘Set Out-of-Stock Control’ now defaults to on for new setups. (CON-4666)
- Fixed an issue where a hot-key discount could apply the wrong transaction price. (CON-4607)
- Simplified the discount scheme window by removing options that didn’t apply to eBay and Amazon. (CON-4506)
- Fixed discount schemes not appearing correctly on transactions. (CON-4467)
- Corrected an issue that could affect how voucher values were calculated. (CON-4503)
- Fixed hold-back quantities not copying correctly between sales channels. (CON-4507)
- Fixed a Goods In issue that occurred when a transaction line was cleared. (CON-4571)
- Fixed an issue preventing Royal Mail shipping files from generating for certain orders. (CON-4628)
- Improved security around viewing Sales History by session. (CON-4552)
- Fixed several eBay listing issues, including errors moving products between categories and category names containing spaces. (CON-4611, CON-4615, CON-4618, CON-4656)
- Fixed an issue preventing Goods In after taking ownership of a purchase order. (CON-4632)
- Fixed spreadsheet reports failing to open. (CON-4649)
- Standardised invoice layouts for a more consistent look across all documentation. (CON-4600)
- Fixed a calculation issue on VAT-exempt customer invoices. (CON-4238)
- Under-the-hood performance and compatibility improvements, including support for the latest Java runtime and printer drivers. (CON-4633, CON-4638, CON-4640)

eBay & Amazon
- eBay Feed Essentials country field is now a simple dropdown, reducing listing errors. (CON-4513)
- Added support for eBay calculated shipping policies. (CON-4565)
- Removed formatting issues from eBay product descriptions. (CON-4509)
- Fixed a number of further eBay listing and template errors. (CON-4485, CON-4494, CON-4523)
- Updated our Amazon integration ahead of Amazon’s Listings API changes. (CON-4518)

Invoicing & Reporting

- Added the ability to pass ownership of Purchase Orders between staff. (CON-4548)
- Added a setting to select all sites on the Purchase Order Suggest window. (CON-4311)
- Fixed Stock Transfer ‘Due In’ incorrectly showing zero. (CON-4275)
- Fixed discontinued items slowing down the stock tree. (CON-4395)
- Fixed a purchase order status issue affecting stock updates. (CON-4496)
Sales & Till
- Click & Collect transactions are now highlighted in the transaction window. (CON-4309)
- Added the ability to convert a sale into a manual online order. (CON-4348)
- Fixed a loyalty discount rounding difference between Connect and your website. (CON-4270)
- Fixed loyalty vouchers being generated incorrectly when a delivery charge pushed a customer over their points threshold. (CON-4471)
- Prevented duplicate options being added to products. (CON-4346)
- Scanning a Google Wallet barcode now automatically assigns the customer to the transaction. (CON-4539)
- Fixed a display issue showing 1p as unpaid on completed transactions. (CON-4406)
- Fixed printing of vouchers created through your website. (CON-4442)
Security, Data & Reliability
- Improved the wording of GDPR-related settings. (CON-4336)
- Fixed an issue causing duplicate payments to download into Connect. (CON-4376)

- Fixed an issue preventing allocation to a back-order site. (CON-4374)
- Resolved an issue that could fill available disk space with log files. (CON-4478)
